What is Guided Calm?

For years I have been studying and applying techniques of neurobiology, Stoicism, and CBT to manage my own anxiety and that of the people I love. In that search, I have found techniques that work, but when I needed them, they were not within my reach.

Guided Calm was born as a neurobiological precision tool designed to hack your stress response in real-time that you will always carry in your pocket, or it will be by your bedside.

In it, principles of classical Stoicism shake hands with breathing protocols used by elite units (Navy SEALs) or Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques.

Why does it exist?

Mainly, it is a project born out of love; I wanted to provide those I love with a tool that would help in times of need and help train the mind to grow in personal calm.

From there, it has grown to help everyone who needs it in a humble and honest way. I feel that many people could benefit from these tools, but accessing them is complicated and expensive in a market dominated by large corporations and high costs.

This is an independent project, built in public, with no investors beyond those who want to support it for their personal use and so it reaches everyone, and with a single goal: making calm accessible when it is needed most.
